We can't always compete in price (and do not ever pretend to) but we are completely confident that our pricing is fair, doesn't include any hidden items that are billed for later, are right on track with all other national wholesalers, AND our quality is superb. Even more important is the fact that we ALWAYS hit our deadlines! How many times has your "cheap" local guy made you look like a fool to your customer?
What type of signs do you build?
We specialize in channel letters, sign cabinets, and electronic message center kits (with a cabinet ready to install). We build the electrical signs that can be extremely profitable to sell to your customers!
What makes you different than all the other national wholesale fabricators?
First of all... we are a Sign-A-Rama! Bob Chapa owns three Sign-A-Rama location in Detroit (yes, he is crazy) and over the years has developed a very systemized approach to organizing, fabricating and shipping large electrical signs nationwide. Second, because of our experience AS a Sign-A-Rama, we have been through all of the hardships of using our local AND the national fabricators. Eventually we set out to build a better mousetrap! We believe firmly that the internet is the foundation of that mousetrap.
How can you be competitive with shipping across the country?
We have negotiated VERY good rates with our shipping company. While we cannot always win a project with rush shipping included, we are POSITIVE that when given the proper time to ship a project to you we are always competitive! When you add in that we ship channel letters, sign cabinets and message center kits almost every business day... our negotiating power certainly helps!
What is your warranty?
We have always held an industry standard warranty. Our reputation is very important to us!
- PARTS WARRANTY: If any components of our manufactured sign structure malfunction because of defects in our workmanship or the materials within 12 months after the date of shipment of the sign by SignaramaWHOLESALE.com to the purchaser, SignaramaWHOLESALE.com will at its sole option either repair or replace the defective materials.
- If a transformer fails to function properly within 12 months after the date the sign is shipped by SignaramaWHOLESALE.com to the purchaser, SignaramaWHOLESALE.com will at its sole option repair or replace the defective transformer. The transformer must be returned to SignaramaWHOLESALE.com by the purchaser (at purchasers cost) for repair or replacement. Failure to return the failed transformer will result in billing for the replacement.
- Labor to remove and reinstall defective items is not included in this warranty, and will be at purchaser’s expense.
- This warranty does not apply if:
- the purchaser fails to handle and install the sign properly
- the sign is damaged during shipping
- contracted installers do not perform proper methods
What are your payment terms?
We always require 50% down (cash, check, credit card) and the final balance prior to shipping. There are no exceptions to this rule. Much like your business, we have to remain very firm on our payment rules. We appreciate you understanding that even though we are all Sign-A-Rama's we have to follow the rules!
